These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Soundz Crazy website (www.soundzcrazy.co.za) and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are subject to and must be read in conjunction with the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 (CPA) and all other applicable South African law.

1. General Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site to distribute or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing on any third-party rights. Soundz Crazy reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the website at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. You will be given the option of confirming your order at the correct price or receiving a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We accept major credit and debit cards, EFT, and approved buy-now-pay-later services including Payflex. Soundz Crazy uses secure, encrypted payment processing and does not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Soundz Crazy will take reasonable steps to meet estimated delivery dates. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Consumer Rights and Warranty

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Section 56, all goods sold by Soundz Crazy come with an implied warranty of quality for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of delivery. During this period, if goods are found to be defective, not reasonably suitable for the purpose intended, or of poor quality, you are entitled to:

• Have the goods repaired or replaced at no charge; or
• Receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond 6 months and are subject to the individual manufacturer’s terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Consumable items (such as strings, cables, and batteries) are not covered under warranty.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return goods in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and the CPA. Please refer to our dedicated Refund and Returns Policy page for full details on how to return items, applicable conditions, and processing timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, and subject always to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, Soundz Crazy’s liability for any claim arising from a transaction on this website is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the CPA that cannot legally be limited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Soundz Crazy or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
